Find out if you are exempt from paying the BC Provincila Property Transfer Tax, which is 1% of the first $200,000 of market value, plus 2% on the remainder on homes priced up to $375,000 in the GVRD, FVRD and CRD and up to $265,000 elsewhere in the province.
